First, I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone for the support so far. We’ve sold more than 100 copies, far surpassing my expectations for the first novel in the Trajan series. I’ve had a tremendous time responding to feedback and outreach about the book and answering the question of “what’s next?” On that note, work continues apace on the second novel (so far, untitled) in Trajan’s story, picking up right where we left off in Germania.
With direct orders from the Emperor, Trajan must lead a daring journey across the great river, into tribal lands, to investigate any festering anti-Roman sentiment. Familiar faces and unexpected allies come together in the tinderbox of Germania east of the Rhenus.
